BOOKING POLICY

Deposit

At the time of booking a $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. This deposit does go toward the balance of shoot. All payments can be made via Zelle.

Travel Fee

There is a travel fee associated with all bookings outside of Houston, TX. Please consult before booking to confirm availability and travel fee. 

Time & Arrival

Please arrive on time, the session end time will not be extended due to tardiness. After 25 minutes, your session will be cancelled and your deposit will NOT be refunded. In order to reschedule another shoot a new deposit will be required.

Cancellations

If you are unable to make your session, deposit will act as a cancellation fee. The deposit can be credited towards a future session if rescheduled 48 hours prior to the date of session.

Image Policy

Unedited images will be sent out within 1-2 business days from when they are taken. The normal turnaround time for edited images are 3-5 business days from the date the edited selections are chosen. Can be sooner. 

Extra edits are $25 per edit. 

Usage Rights 

Gorg Creative reserves the right to display all photographs on social media, portfolio, etc.
